reference NJHM**QFV.spent over ** minutes with tech.for the past few weeks my internet was going out and I have to continually reset modem. I am paying for dsl which is horrible and awaiting fios to be installed in my townhome complex.every other day I had to reset modem to get back internet.last nite I was assured by tech that the most recent fix both on my modem and also in the line would result in not loosing internet again. I am only staying with this dsl because I want my fios back which I had in my house for many years.i don't think I should be paying a lot for internet that I have had to reset my modem to get it back. if my bill can be adjusted I would greatly appreciate it.like I said I don't want to loose internet with dsl because I am awaiting fios installation some time very soon.....anything you can do on my behalf since I am retired would be greatly appreciated. my phone number is ***-***-****(home)
