From **** through **** my dsl internet not in service . Following numerous calls with many references to “escalation” from Verizon ,a complaint was filed to NYC”DoITT” on ***. For the next week I had voice messages from Steven Seagrave but my return messages were never returned. I had new modems sent to me and differing opinions on what the problem was but a technician found that the line had to be switched through your central office and the dsl was restored. I asked about reimbursement when I spoke to “Escalations” contact and also left messages (***-***-****) for Mr Seagrave but he NEVER responded. Later I found he had closed the case. I had to pay for a Hotspit via Virgin mobile during this fiasco and want to be compensated for lack of service . As a LONGTIME customer I find Verizon needs to step up their customer service and coordinate the high speed broadband service departments . Hope you consider my complaint and respond .
