MY name is Eyal,*We've been Emailing for a few days. *Your last request was that I will call the UIA airlines. **I called the UIA airlines number and talked with a representative.*She saw in the computer the * tickets which are now booked to the same flight for the same two names.*She tried to help me and checked few times with her superiors.**Her last answer was that she cannot add a remark in the system stating “credit option provided” because the owner of tickets cannot ask this request- this is not the way it should works.*She requested me to ask you to call the airlines agency, “the department that is charged of the connection with the websites you buy from”*She said that you will know which number to call, because you contact regularly.*She says you need to explain the situation, “The misspelled Email and the unknown information in your website which had lead us to buy tickets again."*She said they may take responsibility in this situation and help to find a solution.*I understood that they are the only one who can add a remark stating “credit option provided”.**I hope this is logic to you like it sounds logical to me.*The situation is really troubling my mind and I would so appreciate your help to find the solution. **I need to receive a human response to this situation better by phone.*Because the Emailing is ain't working.*Thank you so much.*Eyal
