I booked a flight from seattle to Bangkok about an hour ago as a surprise for my wife but just found out that we cannot fly out at the time of the flight (somehow I didn't realize that it was the night of thanksgiving). I need to cancel and rebook a different flight and I'm hoping to avoid cancellation fees. On the vayama website it says free cancellation if you call within ** hours of booking. I called but have been on hold for nearly ** minutes so far without talking to anyone.
GetHuman-davidhyt did not yet indicate what Vayama should do to make this right.
