Order number [redacted]95 was placed on December 1st. It was processed and shipped on December 4th. Despite two case numbers received, I have not been contacted regarding my missing Grandkids gift cards. It has been 13 business days, surpassing the 5 to 6 business days as per the website policy. I am still waiting for my USPS tracking number and clarification on the status of the order. Can someone please reach out to update me on the situation? Sincerely, Paul Camejo.

I bought a Vanilla Visa card in early November and loaded around $[redacted]-[redacted]. I used the card to buy boots from Cole Haan on November 15th for $[redacted]. After realizing I needed a half size smaller, I returned the boots for an exchange. Cole Haan placed the refund back on the card but couldn't process the new purchase due to the delay in the refund reflecting on the card. Despite contacting Cole Haan three times, I'm unable to complete the purchase without the security code, as I no longer have the card. I remember the last 4 digits ([redacted]) and expiration (06/[redacted]) of the card, along with the original purchase amount and subsequent refund. I wish to get the boots and access my $[redacted]. Can assistance be provided to retrieve the funds or issue a new card with my balance?

I am writing on behalf of my father. I gave him gift cards for the holidays, and he's unable to use a Vanilla card he received. He tried to use it at Kohl's once but didn't know he needed to choose a PIN, so the transaction was canceled. Even though this happened several months ago, I included this detail for better context. After realizing the situation, he stored the card in his wallet and forgot about it. Now, during this holiday season, he tried to use the card but it was declined without explanation. When trying to check the balance and transaction history, the Vanilla Visa balance checking web app showed a generic system error. We also called to check the balance, but the system didn't recognize the card. Despite our multiple checks, the card details were correct. I noticed there are different helplines based on the card's numbers; I'm hoping for resolution as it seems like a system error. It's concerning that the card doesn't work at retailers. I purchased a vanilla gift card at 6:30 PM Mountain Standard Time and I am still unable to use it. It is now 10:30 PM Mountain Standard Time, making it 4 hours without being able to use the card. I spoke with a representative on the phone after a 45-minute wait, and they mentioned it would only take 5 more minutes. I urgently need to use this card to pay a bill that was due yesterday. I received a Vanilla Visa Card last December. Although I have never used the card, I am sure my 16-digit card number and expiration date are correct. However, the 3-digit security code ([redacted]) I enter is considered incorrect by the automated system. I am frustrated because I am unable to check the balance on the gift card due to this issue.

I received a vanilla visa debit card for Christmas, but it's not working. I have tried everything, from checking the balance on vanillagift.com to calling the number, but it's not registering as a card. All I want is to buy a product online with this Christmas present, and I'm getting frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.

My husband purchased Vanilla Visa cards from Walmart and had them activated there. It's been 5 days, and he has since misplaced the receipt. The recipients are telling us that the card numbers aren't valid. The customer service team at VanillaGift.com claims the cards were never activated, but this doesn't clarify why the numbers are deemed invalid. Besides, shouldn't the recipients be able to activate them themselves? We're unsure how to address this problem.

I believe I have activated my card but have encountered issues using it on Walmart and Amazon websites. Could you provide me with a list of online retailers that accept your card? I received this card from a friend, and I am facing problems as my friend would not be happy to hear about this. I prefer not to involve her until this is resolved. I am trying to buy a toothbrush and need your assistance with this matter.

When returning my call, kindly allow it to ring for a few more times. I purchased two Vanilla gift cards, one for $[redacted] and the other for $[redacted], to give as Christmas gifts. However, when I checked the balance, one showed $1 and some odd cents and the other showed $2, even though I never used them and no one else had accessed them. I attempted to buy an egift card today, but the system informed me that it could not issue the card. I switched to a different credit card thinking that might be the issue, but encountered the same problem. I have confirmed both credit cards have sufficient credit for the purchase. He has special needs and had carefully chosen what to spend it on, so he's now heartbroken. I recently received a [redacted]-dollar Vanilla Visa gift card. I used it once for 6 dollars at a gas station to set a PIN on it and never used it again. Until the other day when I tried to use it, it declined. I knew there was money on there so I called, and it mentioned eBay purchases and PayPal. I don't have PayPal and never ordered off eBay before. The customer service representative I spoke with was very rude, making unpleasant sounds and acting annoyed. Despite providing my information, I am yet to receive any email or the promised card in the mail to dispute the eBay charges and get my money back to use the gift card. I encountered a scam attempt involving a My Vanilla card. The scammer instructed me to purchase three cards at $[redacted] each, photograph the cards and receipts, and send them the images. I followed the instructions but did not disclose the card numbers. When I contacted My Vanilla, they informed me that scammers had attempted to access the cards through the receipts, confirming it was a scam. In December, I reported the incident to the website and My Vanilla. Despite my efforts, My Vanilla has not provided a refund yet and keeps asking me to call back in 24-48 hours. The cards have been voided. I advise everyone to beware of these scammers and not to send them any money. It seems likely that they are involved in the fraudulent scheme. When contacting them, be prepared as they are challenging to understand. It has been a costly lesson, and I will provide updates when the matter is resolved, if it gets resolved.

I bought a Visa Vanilla Gift Card for $[redacted] from Wal-Mart. Immediately after purchasing it, someone used the card at NORDSTROM#[redacted] and took the entire balance without my permission. I suspect the card might have been compromised during activation. Wal-Mart claims it's not their responsibility, insisting it's a Visa Vanilla matter. I need to dispute this transaction and reclaim my funds. To prevent further issues, I plan to register the card with a PIN. I seek assistance in addressing this fraudulent activity. I sent a $[redacted].00 Vanilla Gift card in a Christmas card to my son and daughter on 12/21/20, but they never received it. I have my purchase receipt but not the activation slip with the card number. The customer care agent provided me with a case number ([redacted]5) and a fax number to submit the receipt and identification documents for research. However, the fax number and email address provided did not work. I am looking for the correct email address or fax number to send the required information for a replacement card. I have been trying to reach the [redacted] number, but the call gets disconnected after a couple of minutes on hold. I am hoping to get assistance in getting a new card to send to my son. Thank you.

I reported a damaged Vanilla gift card around March 3, [redacted], and was promised a replacement card after providing all necessary details, including the $[redacted].00 purchase amount. Despite being informed of the remaining balance and the replacement card being sent, I have yet to receive it. When I tried to inquire about the delay by calling 1 [redacted], I was unable to proceed due to the initial gift card being canceled. I urgently need access to those funds for upcoming payments. If the replacement card is not received within five days, I will escalate the issue to the Texas Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney General, and consider legal action. I have lost my Prepaid One Vanilla card and the number I used to activate it instructed me to report it on the website for a replacement. I believe this is the correct site. My card number was 4[redacted] 6[redacted] with an expiration date of 10/24. The pin on the back was either [redacted] or [redacted]. I found these details in a picture I took to upload to a website. Unfortunately, I never got to use the card, and I suspect I left it in the pocket of a purse I gave away to a thrift store when I was cleaning my house. Despite checking with the store, they had already sent the donated items to another location. Now, I am attempting to see if I can receive a replacement card. I recently received a call from someone claiming to be Officer Victor Harrison (ID# [redacted]) and his boss Attorney Brian Marshal (ID#[redacted]) regarding suspicious activity with my Social Security Number. They suggested that my identity had been used for illegal activities in Texas and proposed issuing me a new S.S.N while using my old number as a decoy. They advised me to purchase Vanilla Go Visa gift cards from Walmart to secure my funds during their investigation process. Although skeptical, I followed their instructions and bought gift cards totaling $[redacted]. They requested an additional $[redacted] to ensure my financial security. Despite their promises, they failed to contact me as scheduled. Now, I am left wondering about the validity of their claims and the safety of my personal information.
