I am a long-standing UW customer and since Windows ** upset my use of Outlook for email a few years ago I have been using UW Webmail. I delete the emails I don't need to keep every day & empty my Spam & recycle bin but still struggle to keep them below **% so constantly am told that my space is nearly full. I have no more emails that I can delete and have been told by your representative that the capacity cannot be increased. Why? At the moment I'm having to refer back to emails from **** (in Outlook) relating to a building issue with my house so it just isn't possible to delete important messages which I need to keep for future reference. I find it really annoying that your service doesn't offer a reasonable amount of capacity. I will try and get Outlook sorted this year but it's difficult during a pandemic to get my IT expert in. Changing my email address to another provider seems a huge thing to have to do. One good thing, the ridiculous amounts of Spam that were coming into my Inbox have finally reduced after weeks of 'Adding to Spam List'. Thank goodness. That was a huge inconvenience.
