Hi there,It seems on Jan * one of my children activated a free trial of your app followed by a subscription. We have been charge GBP *.** per week since then. She must have done so not knowing or understanding it. Since then, the Kindles they use have not been used at all really and this subscription has gone unnoticed. You will probably be able to see there has been no use at all of the app. I would greatly appreciate if you could refund the charges, as my child unwittingly and unknowingly activated this subscription.Thanks in advance, Theo
