I recently purchased a set of bar stools, but unfortunately, they are too tall for my liking. The item number for the stools is KNFN033 K1401-29-E074. I bought them from Walmart and would like to know if I can return them to the store or if I need to send them directly to your company. I am looking for bar stools with a 24-inch height. If you have the same stools available in that height, I would be interested in an exchange. Thank you for your assistance.

I did not receive part of my order from UnbeatableSale today, even though I was notified that it was delivered. The merchant order ID # is [redacted] and the Google Shopping order # is G-SHP-[redacted]-28-[redacted]. After calling FedEx, I found out that only one package was shipped from the merchant, and it only contained the legs of my dining table, not the 60-inch round glass top. I am in a hurry to get my table and do not have time to deal with returns and refunds. I tried calling UnbeatableSale at [redacted] but was on hold for over an hour and then hung up on. This is a major inconvenience, and I am frustrated that I cannot speak to anyone about this issue. I might have to return the incomplete order, but this has never happened to me with Amazon. Too much hassle for what should have been a simple purchase!

On May 12, [redacted], I received a rug I did not order. The next day, I explained the error. On May 16, [redacted], I received an email from your company asking for more details about my request for a replacement. I replied with a thorough explanation of the issue. Today, when I called customer service, I was placed on hold for some time and then directed to leave a message, which I did. I am now seeking help through this platform. I originally ordered a "Better Trends Country Braided Rug, 3PC set Brown Striped," but I received a "Country Braid Stripe 3PC Set, Color: AMERICANA" instead. I made it clear that I want the correct rug sent to me and the wrong one picked up, but I have yet to hear back from your team via email or phone. I would greatly appreciate prompt action to resolve this issue and receive an update on the steps taken and the expected resolution timeline. Your assistance in this matter would be highly valued. I recently purchased a Euro Skins Luxury Shapewear from Walmart online, but the product I received from UNBEATABLESALE COM. INC is the incorrect size. I ordered a 3X but received a size XL instead. This mix-up has been quite disappointing. I would appreciate guidance on how to exchange this item for the correct size that I initially ordered. Thank you.

I purchased a modern three-piece furniture set, including a recliner sofa, loveseat, and chair through the Walmart app for our upcoming move. However, I have only received the recliner sofa via OT Track trucking in late April or early May. Despite no updates from the company, the loveseat and chair are still missing. When checking the Walmart app for the shipment status, it only shows "Delayed - check back later for status update." I paid over $[redacted] for both the furniture and shipping. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated.

I contacted customer service twice today regarding an incorrect order delivery. Instead of the 7lb. jug of calcium chloride melter I ordered, I received a box containing 2 2.5 gallon jugs of liquid deicer left on my front steps. The intended recipient is Antonina Rotondo from 52 Hooper St. in Port Jefferson Station, N.Y. [redacted], reachable at [redacted]. Due to health reasons from a recent stroke, I am unable to lift the box or the jugs. Despite my efforts to explain this over the phone, the delivery was left outside due to the impending rain. My name is Gertrude Morgan, as indicated on the box, while Antonina's name is on the packing slip. This mistaken delivery has caused further delay on my initial order. I recently purchased a Genesis 42 Gallon Dual Composting Tumbler, Item Number: RVNI1733, which arrived today. However, while attempting to assemble it, I noticed the right border of the last black panel was melted, creating a 2" gap that prevents proper sealing of the tumbler. This has left us unable to start composting as planned. We understand manufacturing errors can occur, but it is disappointing that the Quality Control Department failed to ensure all parts were included and properly made. We kindly request one of the following options: 1) Overnight delivery of a new black panel, 2) Free replacement of the entire tumbler, or 3) Provision of a Return Mailing Label if the faulty tumbler needs to be returned. A written response by May 7th is expected, and we will also follow up via phone. I purchased 4 boxes of Agree RG825 Lets Edge It Decorative Plastic Brick Edging in Terra Cotta from Amazon. Unfortunately, I opened one box, but couldn't use the edging because the spikes were too short to hold it in place. Amazon denied my return request as it was past the eligible return date due to various challenges I faced during the pandemic and bad weather. I now have 4 boxes of unused edging, with only the top layer of one box opened and unsuccessfully tried. I am downsizing to a smaller condo at 79 years old and need to return these items. Amazon mentioned contacting your company last year, but was unsuccessful. I request your assistance in accepting the return of these new, unused brick edgings for a full refund, as I am unable to use them. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I bought a Bosmere All Purpose Garden Cart from Walmart. The packing slip is dated 6/19/22 from UnbeatableSale, and the cart arrived on 6/24/22. When assembling on 6/25/22, we noticed the latches on the bag holders were missing and some pieces had dirt on them. One broken latch was found in the box, indicating the cart had been sold, used, returned, and resold without the necessary parts. This situation is unacceptable as the cart cannot be used without the adjustable bag holders.

I purchased a king headboard from Sears, which was delivered by Unbeatable Sales. My order arrived yesterday, but unfortunately, it came without the legs required for assembly. I received the email confirming the delivery, but there has been no follow-up regarding the missing parts. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have been unable to reach a live representative for assistance. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to return the headboard. I have exhausted all options, including email communication. This situation has been extremely frustrating.
