I shipped a package to the USA through UPS, expecting it to arrive within 3-5 working days, but it hasn't been delivered yet. Since I arranged the delivery via parcel2go, I was advised to handle the issue through them. I contacted parcel2go through their web chat, and they mentioned that an investigation could take 1-2 weeks. Given that these items were meant to be Christmas gifts, this timeframe is not ideal for me. When you entrust a delivery company to transport an item on your behalf and pay for that service, you expect it to be done efficiently. I simply want the package delivered to the correct address as intended.

My parcel delivery experienced a delay four days ago due to an emergency situation after it reached the local Tamworth depot in the UK. Unfortunately, there have been no updates on the tracking webpage since the 20th of March. Attempts to contact UPS at 0[redacted] result in a recorded message stating a technical issue with their phone system, making it impossible to obtain information on the delivery status. I am seeking clarity on whether UPS has halted processing deliveries, if my parcel is lost, or if it's simply delayed by a day, week, month, or even a year. Understanding the situation is crucial for me to consider making alternative arrangements.

My package originally scheduled for delivery on Monday the 8th experienced delays on Sunday the 7th resulting in a rescheduling of the delivery. On Monday morning, the status changed to expected by the end of the day, which then shifted to a new delivery date of Wednesday the 10th. Subsequently, there was a sudden additional charge for ICOD which I promptly paid at £22.68. However, this morning, the status changed back to an exception, indicating another rescheduling of the delivery. I am perplexed by the frequent changes and uncertain about the expected arrival date of my parcel.

UPS was scheduled to deliver my parcel on Monday, June 8th, but it was rescheduled without notice to Tuesday, June 9th. Despite the tracking status indicating delivery by the end of the day, the package did not arrive by 7pm. The tracking now states the delivery address was corrected, even though it was initially accurate. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the delay in receiving my package.

I was expecting a parcel to be delivered on 14/07/[redacted]. Despite being home all day, I received an email stating there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt and that the parcel was taken to a UPS drop-off point. Surprisingly, there was no delivery card left in my letterbox. I had to check UPS tracking online for information on its whereabouts. The following day, I went to Parnhams Newsagents to collect my parcel, armed with a printed Proof of Delivery. Unfortunately, they required photographic identification, which I don't possess as I lack a photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. The postage was organized through Parcel to Go, not by me, but now I am unable to retrieve my parcel from UPS. It seems a photo ID is a must to claim it. What should I do next? Not everyone in the UK has a passport or photo ID. It's frustrating that I can't access my own parcel. Tracking number: 1Z97X68A[redacted]. Regards, Kenneth Brown.

Dear Sirs, I am writing to file an official complaint regarding shipment N 1ZV3TC[redacted]13. The parcel, which includes important documents, was scheduled to arrive at an address in Moscow around August 5-6th. However, due to unforeseen service disruptions, the parcel was returned to me. There has been no further updates on the website since August 6th, [redacted]. Despite calling your customer service every day last week, I was assured three times that a member of the investigation team would contact me within 24 hours, but no one has reached out. After sending an email on Monday, I was directed to follow a link and submit a claim by myself. Regrettably, I am unable to do so as I lack some necessary information. Despite my follow-up calls on Monday, 17th, and Tuesday, 18th, where I explained my situation, I was promised twice that a member of the technical support team would contact me within 24 hours, but as of today (Friday, 21st), no one has gotten in touch. Given the substantial amount of time I have spent chasing my parcel, I am requesting a full refund of the initial delivery payment of £24 (which was not completed) and £40 for the insurance amount as soon as possible. For further contact, please reach me at [redacted]. With kind regards, Olga B.

I posted a package to Isle of Jura that was collected on August 17th in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, Scotland for £47.40. It then went to Glasgow, Preston, Tamworth, back to Preston, and finally to Cumbernauld, just 2 miles from the starting point. The parcel has been at the Cumbernauld depot since August 20th, and now, on August 25th, I was informed it's delayed due to weather. The next delivery attempt to the Isle of Jura is scheduled for August 29th. Despite the 6-hour, 30-minute journey, UPS hasn't managed to deliver in 11 days. I requested to collect it from Cumbernauld, but was denied. My parcel has turned into a frustrating ordeal, and it's time these courier services are better regulated to avoid lost items, damages, and poor service.

Regarding Ref: 1Z97X8V[redacted]7, On September 29, [redacted], I received an email from UPS indicating that my delivery was scheduled for the following day by 12:00. I took time off work for the delivery, but no one arrived. Attempts to reach customer service were unsuccessful, as I was stuck in a loop of irrelevant automated messages. The automated system states the package is pending transfer to you, and I will be notified of the new delivery time. Why did I receive a text saying the delivery would be today before 12:00? I had to take a day off based on that message, and it appears I will need to do so again in the future. I am frustrated with the inaccurate text and losing a day of annual leave due to this mistake. I would appreciate your thoughts and any compensation offered.

Tracking Number: 1Z97X68A[redacted] I received an attempted delivery notification from UPS on 29 September [redacted], although I was home all day. The courier left a note saying I could pick up the parcel from an UPS Access Point. My surname is displayed clearly on the board outside my flat, so the courier could have easily buzzed my flat. Instead, the parcel was not delivered properly. Due to health issues and the pandemic, I cannot easily reach the UPS Access Point in the city center from my flat. I called customer service to have the parcel redelivered to me on 2 October [redacted]. However, looking at the tracking details, it appears the second delivery has already been marked as completed on 30 September [redacted] in Edinburgh. I am now unsure where the parcel is and which retailer sent it via UPS because I am expecting multiple deliveries. Any guidance on this matter would be appreciated.

Tracking Number: 1761A84F[redacted] Dear Sir/Madam, I recently discovered that the shipment I sent via your depot in Loughborough has gone missing. This shipment contained my late son-in-law's technical veterinary books, which were meant to be returned to his University in Sutton Bonington following his untimely passing at 28 years old. These books are of immense sentimental value to us as they belonged to him and were thoughtfully packaged and labeled. They are about 4 to 5 years old and bear an "In Memory of Rob Taylor" sticker on the front cover. Given the circumstances and their significance to our family, we are devastated by their disappearance. The UPS representative I spoke to simply advised me to file a claim without providing any further information on the whereabouts of the books. I am left wondering if they were lost in transit or worse, stolen. The package indicated that they were donated to Notts Vet School in memory of our beloved Rob. Although I am unsure of their exact value, I know they were expensive purchases made by Rob during his time as a student. He intended for another student to benefit from them, as they are still actively used by the University. As for the claims process that UPS requires receipts, given Rob's passing, we do not have them. I am not seeking monetary compensation but rather a sincere effort to locate the missing books and have them returned, possibly to be donated to his preferred charity as he had wished. I appeal to UPS, particularly the Loughborough depot, to show compassion and diligence in addressing this matter promptly. Kindly provide assistance and guidance on the next steps to help me recover the invaluable books that hold immense emotional significance for our family. Sincerely, Linda Lloyd

Request number: 29BBE096GGQ Hello, UPS. I awaited the collection of my shipment between 10-2PM today, but a driver named Josh informed me he did not have enough space for my 10 boxes. He mentioned returning between 4:00-4:30PM once his van was empty. Despite this, I was later told the driver came at 1:35PM, but I was out briefly since I was advised the collection would be after 4PM. I am unsure who came at 1:35, as Josh said he would return after 4PM. I am awaiting the collection of my 10 boxes and seek clarification on when Josh or another driver will arrive. Kindly update me on the situation.

UPS consistently fails to deliver to our island postcode of Td152rx on time, claiming severe weather delays that do not match our local weather conditions. Living on an accessible island with limited road access twice a day, this lazy excuse inconveniences customers like me. Other couriers like Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, and Hermes manage deliveries consistently. As a successful business owner with staff commuting up to 35 miles, the lack of timely service from UPS is frustrating. Their limited customer service options and premium rate helpline add to the problem. I hope UPS can improve their service to meet customer expectations better.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with a package that I never received and have not received a refund for. As the holiday season approaches, this money is crucial, yet it seems no one is willing to assist me with my case. Despite numerous emails and calls, there has been no progress. I am requesting proof of delivery to help with my dispute with PayPal, as the package was supposedly delivered to a location that is now claiming to not have it. The resolution process has been painfully slow, and I have not made any progress in the past month.

Hello, I would like to inquire about the status of my parcel for 4 Bluebell Road, CV37 7BF. Could you please arrange for its delivery? This parcel is a Christmas present for a child, and we are tight on funds. I was expecting a call back from customer service, but the call disconnected before I could answer it. The delivery was reportedly attempted at 11 am today, and I assure you I was at home as I have a functional doorbell and knocker. Additionally, I received two other parcels today without any issue. I would appreciate it if you could let me know when the delivery will take place. Thank you for your assistance. - S. Smith

My parcel has been bouncing between Castle Donington and Tamworth for over a week now. The tracking keeps showing "wrong address," despite us contacting you three times with the correct delivery address. It's going to Mrs. Janice Spring at [redacted] Pyegreen Road, Cannock, Staffs WS11 5RS. The lack of communication and repeated back and forth is extremely frustrating. I would appreciate speaking to someone who can resolve this issue. The tracking number for the parcel is 1Z4V16E[redacted]5, and it has been stuck in your system for over two weeks.

I sent a package to my son in London via UPS. I brought it to the pickup point and requested a dispatch label since I didn't have a printer. Unfortunately, the assistant mistakenly affixed an Amazon sticker with reference number ZZ[redacted]40. It seems the parcel might have been given to Amazon by the driver instead of UPS at a local distribution center. I have a UPS tracking number 1Z03T5G[redacted]1, and they are looking into this issue. I have been unable to reach anyone in the UK for assistance. Any guidance would be welcomed.

I was informed that a crucial package would be delivered to me by the end of the day on Friday, the 8th. However, the package did not arrive. Upon checking the tracking information, it now shows that the delivery is scheduled for Tuesday, the 12th. This delay of 6 days for a UPS package from North London to South London is unacceptable. I am eager to discuss this matter with a customer service representative to address the issue and request compensation for the 4 days lost.

Today, I spent three and a half hours on the phone with UPS Castle Donnington U.K., attempting to determine the import duty required for a package from the US. I spoke to multiple representatives, facing long wait times between transfers. The call became too costly, and I had to end it. The UPS Castle Donnington website is not user-friendly, and the virtual chat was unhelpful. Strangely, I began receiving calls from UPS customers in the U.K. and Italy, mistaking me for a customer service agent, after finding my personal mobile number on the UPS website. This breach concerns me, and I intended to address it with UPS security. I am frustrated by the lack of response from customer service and concerned about the delivery of my parcel based on others' experiences. The package, a present for my niece who lost her mother to COVID, is meant to bring her some joy.

I anticipated receiving an Apple computer via UPS from China. The package made its way through several countries efficiently until reaching the UK. Despite the scheduled delivery today, it hasn't arrived. I tried to address this online but encountered problems; my information was already registered, and the password reset email didn't come through. After a lengthy phone call, I was informed of a potential delay due to customs post-Brexit, contradicting the delivery time initially provided. The distance the parcel has traveled compared to the final [redacted] miles' unexpected delay is frustrating. UPS' lack of transparency in updating the delivery status and unhelpful customer service experience has left me disappointed. It seems UPS is facing issues with communication and customer service, now rivaling Hermes in poor service.
