I need help resetting my password for my student membership account as I can no longer access the email associated with it now that I have graduated. I am frustrated about potentially having to pay more than my usual rate due to this issue. It doesn't make sense why my Apple Music account keeps getting logged out, even if my subscription expires. I believe I should always have access to my account, especially if I have paid for music downloads. It's important for customers like me who can't access their student email to be able to use the service seamlessly. Please assist me in resetting my password promptly.

Hello, my name is Vera Berher. I am having an issue with my UNiDAYS account. I mistakenly entered the wrong letter in my student email and confirmed it without verifying. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they keep sending me verification emails to the incorrect email address, causing me to be unable to confirm. My actual student email is [redacted] I would appreciate it if you could assist me in correcting this error as I have become frustrated with explaining the situation in lengthy messages to unhelpful support. Thank you.

My Unidays account is working fine, but I would like to benefit from the Apple Music discount for students, which offers it for £5 a month. I am a college student and have been using Apple Music for a month or two. Recently, my Apple ID was disabled due to a possible hacking incident on my phone. After resolving the issue, I attempted to resubscribe at the discounted rate, but encountered a message stating my college email was already in use, even though my subscription had been canceled. Unidays is now indicating that my institution doesn't qualify, which is incorrect since it has been working fine for the past two months.

I have been repeatedly asked to verify my student status with Unidays every time I open my Apple Music, and I have confirmed it multiple times. However, despite being an eligible student, my subscription was canceled after 48 months. Even after verifying with your team, I kept receiving the verification requests. After accidentally selecting "I am no longer a student" once, I stopped receiving the messages but have now been charged for a regular membership. This situation is frustrating as it feels like my eligibility was not properly recognized. I would like to switch back to the student membership and receive a refund for the extra charges. Kindly contact me via email at your earliest convenience to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I accidentally entered the wrong email address when I first signed up for UniDays. Now, I am unable to log in as it asks me to verify my account through an email that I never receive due to the incorrect email address. I have reached out multiple times but the automated responses don't address my issue. My correct email is [redacted], but the one registered is [redacted] I have been unsuccessful in getting UniDays to assist me, and I need to access my account to purchase a laptop before the year ends. Despite trying to update my email, it remains linked to the wrong one, causing verification emails to go astray. I am at a loss as there is no phone support available. I appreciate any help you can offer.

I initiated the registration process on Unidays on December 10th, [redacted]. I am encountering issues with the verification process, as I received an email with a link that won't open. Although my account status shows as a verified student, I am actually a teacher at St Andrew's Academy under Renfrewshire City Council. I have reached out to Unidays via email on December 1st, [redacted], from my work email [redacted], but have not received a response. Subsequently, on December 4th, [redacted], I emailed Unidays with the same details and received an acknowledgment of receipt, but have not heard back since. Access to the educational discount at the Apple Education Store is contingent on my account verification. What steps should I take now to finalize my registration and gain access to the educational discount at Apple?

I am having trouble logging into UNiDAYS because I forgot my password. When I try to reset it by entering my email and clicking the reset password link, it says my email is already in use. I've been using this email for my college-related accounts like Apple Music, and I can't access it now. I followed the steps to reset my password, but it's not working, and I keep getting the "email already in use" message. Can someone help me with this login issue, so I can regain access to my account and services? Your assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am struggling to access my Unidays account as I forgot my password. I followed the steps to reset it, but when I try to confirm my email and set a new password, it says my email is already in use. This email is essential for my college-related activities, like accessing Apple Music. I previously used it with my mom's account but now want to use it with my own account. Despite canceling the membership under my mom's account, I still can't use it with mine. I need to resolve this issue as it's causing me frustration. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been patiently waiting to verify my account. I submitted a copy of my school ID, but there is no start date to end date. I only have a fall [redacted] sticker on the front of my school ID card. Additionally, I have a printout of my current enrollment status, and I have not received any updates for the past month. How can I obtain the necessary information? My Uniday Email is [redacted] and my school email is [redacted].

I received an email asking me to renew my student ID for Apple Music at the discounted rate of $4.99 per month. After contacting UNiDAYS support to explain that I didn't have my student ID, they informed me that a schedule with my name, dates, and school institution would be sufficient. I promptly sent my schedule as requested but did not receive confirmation that it was acceptable. Following up on this issue, I reached out to UNiDAYS support again, but unfortunately did not receive a response. With only 6 days left to renew my student ID, I am unsure if I need to resend the schedule to continue receiving the discount.

I was logged out of my account by the system. Despite using my saved details with my thumbprint, the system is not accepting them. I also requested a password change three days ago and have not received the email. Can you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

I noticed a discrepancy with the 12-month student promotion on Audible.com and the Unidays mobile app. Upon verifying my student status through Unidays and selecting "Activate Promotion," I am directed to Audible.com where I encounter an error message indicating the promotion has expired. It seems the promotion appears current on both the Audible website and Unidays mobile app but not on the desktop version of Unidays. Unfortunately, the promotion fails to activate from the desktop site or my iPhone when redirected to Audible.

I am seeking a refund promptly. I am on the brink of canceling my Apple Music subscription due to your service. Despite attempting to verify my student account thrice in the past two years, I encountered issues with your website. After signing in and following the link, I encountered a white screen consistently. My account has been charged $10.99 instead of the student rate of $4.99. I am requesting a refund immediately.

I am having an issue with my Apple Music subscription. I started as a college student on June 1, [redacted], and changed my Apple Family plan to a student account at that time. Despite verifying my Unidays student account multiple times, I kept getting charged for the family subscription. I attempted to resolve this at the start of each month with no success. This morning, I was charged $14.99 instead of $4.99, prompting me to contact Apple for assistance. They have now switched me to a student account, but they say Unidays needs to prorate my account for the months I was overcharged. Can someone help me with this matter? Thank you for your assistance. Regards, R. W.

I am experiencing a difficult situation where Connie Tobias has changed her name back to Connie Shupman, allegedly aligning herself with criminal organizations and the government, causing havoc in my life with the involvement of my family. I feel overwhelmed and contemplating drastic actions. Accusations have been made against me, but I am determined to take control and make things right.

During my undergraduate years, I initially registered with UNiDAYS using my school email for Apple Music. Unfortunately, I neglected to update the email before losing access to my school account. Without changing my email, I registered my current student status with UNiDAYS while I still had access to the account. However, when I tried to sign in later and couldn't recall my password, I initiated a password reset. Now, I am unable to access the account that was previously verified with an email I no longer use. I would appreciate assistance in setting up a new account.

Hello, I am curious about how I can continue using my UNiDAYS app since it expires on December 29th, and I am no longer a college student after leaving in February. I rely on the discounts it offers both in-store and online. Are there alternative methods to keep using the UNiDAYS app with a new account setup? Thank you.

I attempted to create an account on Unidays earlier this month but did not finish the process. When I returned yesterday to complete the registration using my student email, it indicated that the email was already in use. Even after signing in, it still prompted me to input the email and showed it as in use, despite being logged into the account associated with that email. I deleted the account thinking to start fresh but discovered a "right to be forgotten" process that can take up to 30 days. I am concerned that I might lose access to my student email within that time frame. This situation is frustrating as I never intended to encounter this issue since I never completed setting up the account initially.
