Waiting to see if GetHuman-mmrcpa fixed the issue with our suggestion.
The issue in GetHuman-mmrcpa's own words
Modifier ** is not getting picked up on CPT*code ***** resulting in that line item amount*not getting processed for payment because*system is indicating that CPT code ***** is the same thing as CPT code ***** which it isn't if the modifier was properly picked up. This has happened on over ** claims. I appealed * of them over two months ago and have not heard anything back. I have called*customer service countless times and have gotten a different answer every time as to the*status. I guess if this isn't resolved soon my only option is to contact the MD Insurance*Commission. The resolution I am looking for is the reprocessing of all these claims where*the modifier wasn't taken into account and pay us the money we are due.

GetHuman-mmrcpa did not yet indicate what UMR should do to make this right.
