This morning my wife spoke with Brandon in your Customer Service Department, and he promised her he would get back with us via email right away, about an unauthorized fraudulent charge on my credit card ending in **** from a previous rental, but we have not heard from him yet. He said that the automated system had removed the charge by mistake* regardless, of who or what removed the money of $***.** on February **, ****, it is a totally unauthorized, fraudulent charge and I want the money put back in my card immediately ending in ****. I had rented a truck on January *, ****, and I had zeroed that contract out and taken care of all charges on January *, ****.**Previously, I had spoken with Rachel from your Customer Service Department and she had assured me this charge would be reversed. I am very upset about this and must hear back from you soon, as this transaction on my credit card ending in **** is a totally unauthorized fraudulent charge. Hope to hear back from you as soon as you get this email.
