I initially was using my debit card to pay for the U-Haul and the guy told me it was declined and couldn't be used again. My card was charged the total of **** and it still hasn't been put back on. The man told me that it was a hold on my card and that it should have been replaced and it still hasn't been. It has caused a lot of trouble with my occurring bills coming off my card and causing them to bounce which charge me extra fees for each one. Also when moving I had special things placed in Mom's attic and the weather was extremely Rady while I was moving and it took us longer with the truck not being able to move in the rain. I had very special things in there of my mother's who passed away on Christmas and they are damaged beyond recognition and they cant be replaced. When I spoke with the Uhaul sales person where i rented it from didnt care about it nor didn't even check to see how the rain water came through the truck. The truck had a lot of previous damages done to it marked with "x" all over it and it didn't seem to mean anything to him about my mother's belongings being ruined. I am very disappointed in the service provided and the amount I was charged. Nothing was explain to me about the charges or the insurance and it was very expensive compared to what I initially reserved the truck for. I would like for a customer representative to please give me a call as soon as possible.
