I would like to speak to a customer service agent about canceling my subscription

We're here to assist! To cancel your TuneIn Premium subscription, please follow these steps: 1. Log in to your account on the TuneIn website. 2. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner. 3. Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu. 4. Click 'Manage Subscription'. 5. Here, you can click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm your decision. Please note that uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription. If you subscribed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you'll need to cancel through them. After cancellation, you can continue to enjoy premium features until the end of your subscription period.

I’m trying to recover my lost password but get no reset message via email when I enter my email address

Paid for premium but still get ads to sign up for premium

I want to cancel subscription but cannot locate the account on my phone or car. Emailed previously and thought thee subscription was cancelled.I received this reply but a charge has appeared my credit card:
