I would like to speak to a customer service agent about canceling my subscription

We're here to assist! To cancel your TuneIn Premium subscription, please follow these steps: 1. Log in to your account on the TuneIn website. 2. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner. 3. Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu. 4. Click 'Manage Subscription'. 5. Here, you can click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm your decision. Please note that uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription. If you subscribed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you'll need to cancel through them. After cancellation, you can continue to enjoy premium features until the end of your subscription period.

I’m trying to recover my lost password but get no reset message via email when I enter my email address

If you're not receiving a password reset email from TuneIn, it's possible the email may have gone to your spam or junk folder. Please check those folders in your email account. If you're still unable to find the email, there could be a chance you've used a different email address to create your TuneIn account. Try entering any other email addresses you may have used. If you're still having trouble, it might be due to a technical issue and you may need to wait and try again later.

Paid for premium but still get ads to sign up for premium

I want to cancel subscription but cannot locate the account on my phone or car. Emailed previously and thought thee subscription was cancelled.I received this reply but a charge has appeared my credit card:
