CANCEL my account ... I have still had no response letting me know my account has been canceled, I originally contacted TuneIn at *pm August * Alaska time. Due to the back and forth emails telling me that they will let me know when my account is closed, and the fact that I never yet have heard my account is closed, as of today the following day, and my complete lack of access to even be able to log in to see my account information anymore, I am believing TuneIn may be a scam the JUST same as AOL: when the only way to stop automatic payment is by closing your payment method! Coincidentally, I found out after this started, by checking my very old emails, that my account renewal date for my ANNUAL payment is today, August **! So I was forced to take action to prevent this payment from going through today, and it will affect other payments with other businesses that I did want to occur, much more than inconvenient for me.**I did already voice my concern here last night but after the long silent treatment I am hoping if I get a different TuneIn representative to respond I may be treated like an honest loyal paying customer who just wants to QUIT.
There is no way to cancel, and after trying to cancel there is no longer any way to even view my subscription details! It is blocked somehow.
