trying to send sold info as I was instructed, it tells the problem above, it keeps saying is it fixed? I say no, never hear anything from anyone, send e-mail, is it fixed? I send no back, still nothing ** times ... I am so very frustrated, about customer service, do you know how many dead ends there are with customer service with Trulia and zillow in asking for help, sent my rep an email with what she requested so she could fix one of my many problems, it was returned undeliverable and I replied to her e-mail, she is no longer with your co., been trying to find help in other ways but no help, you people have it fixed so you can not get help, such a poorly run company, I pay a great deal a month for bull ****, never seen such poor customer service any where, and other realtors are also saying the same thing, I am looking for a public blog to tell people how to try to get service with you guys, I have given up for months because I am so angry, my next step is stopping payment monthly, see if you call or get in touch about that!!!!!!
