I have booked two hotel rooms with trivado booking numbers ***-****** and ***. I was charged correctly for the room but was than charge an international booking fee of $**.** for each booking.I booked the hotel from Perth Australia to Melbourne Australia so why would I be charged a international booking fee through Hong Kong. I have contacted my bank and have been told to contact trivago for a refund of my $**.**. I have made several booking with Trivago previously with no issues. I am also disgruntled that I have had to contact your company again because of no response to my first email. If I do not receive contact in regard to this matter I will contact our consumer affairs depart to report this underhand method extracting extra fee's. I will pass on through face book to friends what your company does to unsuspecting consumers . * Unhappy*Victor Ivanov.
