Hello, I came across a ticket on your website and I have a few inquiries before making a purchase. Departing on Mon, Dec 9 from SFO San Francisco with a transfer in Hong Kong for 14 hours and 55 minutes before arriving at MNL Manila Ninoy Aquino Terminal 1 on Dec 11 at 23:10. The return is on Tue, Jan 14 from MNL Manila Ninoy Aquino Terminal 1 with a transfer in Singapore for 21 hours and 50 minutes before reaching SFO San Francisco Terminal 3 on Jan 15 at 20:45. I understand that for the San Francisco - Manila route, baggage needs to be collected and rechecked in Hong Kong. Similarly, for the Manila - San Francisco route, baggage needs to be collected and rechecked in Singapore. I’m wondering if we’ll be charged for our luggage again during transfers in Singapore and Hong Kong. Additionally, will the airline cover the cost of a hotel in Singapore during the 21-hour layover? Lastly, will we require a transit visa for Hong Kong or Singapore to exit the airport and stay in a hotel during our layovers? Thank you.

I have multiple reasons for this request, and it may seem complicated. I kindly ask Tripit to delete all data associated with the following email accounts: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Once this is done, I plan to create a new account with accurate and updated information. Despite my urgency and inclination to switch to a different app, I find Tripit to be uniquely well-designed and indispensable. I have encountered an issue with Tripit displaying an incorrect departure time for my upcoming Southwest Airlines flight from BNA to TPA on December 1st, [redacted]. The flight number is WN [redacted]. Southwest Airlines provided me with a departure time of 9:15 am and an arrival time of 12:05 pm during booking, but Tripit is showing a departure time of 7:10 am and an arrival time of 10:00 am. I reached out to Tripit's support through their website, and they mentioned they begin monitoring [redacted] days before the flight. However, as Tripit is supposed to get its data directly from the airlines, the discrepancy is confusing. I am unsure why this inconsistency is happening and if I can rely on Tripit for accurate information going forward. I am also unsure if correcting it now will affect Tripit's future monitoring.
