I had a cruise booked through Travelocity, Itinerary number: [redacted][redacted], which was unfortunately cancelled by the company due to Covid. After contacting an agent for information on rescheduling, the agent cancelled the cruise and assured me of a refund within 90 days of cancellation, which was on January 20th, [redacted]. Despite multiple emails and calls, I have not received the refund or any updates. The email I received mentioned a refund of $4,[redacted].00 to the original payment method within 60 to 90 days, which has not been processed. My planned trip to London (itinerary #[redacted][redacted]) got canceled due to the Covid pandemic. Icelandair issued me a travel credit. Initially, Travelocity mentioned that travel needed to be rescheduled by December [redacted], which was impossible. According to Icelandair's website, travel credits for Covid-related cancellations should be valid for 3 years. You can review the policy here: [redacted]. I have reached out to Icelandair, and they confirmed that the 3-year validity should apply to my credit. Unfortunately, my interactions with Travelocity's social media agents on Facebook have been unsatisfactory. They do not seem willing to assist me properly.

I recently had a distressing experience at The Inn at Boynton Beach. During my stay, I encountered several issues including malfunctioning elevators with expired certificates, roaches in my room, and ineffective door locks. Security even mistakenly entered my room, adding to my concerns. When requesting a new room due to safety and health reasons, I was met with more roaches and rat traps in the second room. As someone with heart issues, I cannot risk staying in such conditions. I have relocated for a new job and cannot afford to waste money on substandard accommodation. I am requesting an immediate full refund to book a clean and safe alternative. I have documented evidence and will be reporting these issues to the relevant authorities.

My spouse mistakenly reserved a different hotel for our children. We stayed at a Marriott in the same area in Charlotte, NC, to attend our niece's graduation party. After a long journey, we discovered our young adult children were at a different Marriott nearby and our reservation was incorrect. I made a reservation for March 5-7, [redacted], at an OYO hotel in Columbia, South Carolina. Upon arrival, I noticed the hotel had a different name on the building and did not match the pictures. The front desk staff informed me the owner had been taken by the police and refused to honor my reservation. I moved to another hotel and tried to contact customer service, waiting over 45 minutes without success. After subsequent calls and promises of an investigation, I never received a refund or documentation. Frustrated after 31 days, I involved my credit card company, but Travelocity denied my claims repeatedly. The disputed amount is $87.38. I made a reservation for a two-night stay via Travelocity for $[redacted].22. Upon checking the Hotel Estes website, I found the same room for $[redacted].72. Yesterday, I attempted to request a price match using the virtual assistant three times but received no response. Today, I requested an agent and received a number. The first agent mentioned a difference in room description regarding the fridge. After confirming with the hotel that there is only one type of standard double queen room, I spoke with the second agent who explained how to request the price match. However, when I clicked on the form link, it redirected me to the main page regardless of the device I used. I'm hoping to have the price matched and the refund for the difference processed. I booked a round trip flight for my family of 6 but Eva Airways requested to cancel due to COVID-19. The flight was from San Francisco to Taipei, then to Hong Kong and Shanghai on November 12, [redacted]. Confirmation: JN9PSZ, ML0040, Travelocity itinerary: [redacted][redacted]. Despite the cancellation in October [redacted], I haven't received a refund. Travelocity claims EVA hasn't responded, but EVA says they never received the refund request from Travelocity. EVA mentioned they can't handle the refund directly due to booking through an agent like Travelocity. Even though EVA responded to Travelocity's refund request, I have yet to receive a refund. I can't reach Travelocity anymore for assistance via chat or phone. Can someone please assist me?

I made a booking with Travelocity for a hotel stay from July 2 to July 7. However, there was a mix-up with the dates during the booking process, and I was only booked for July 11 instead of the correct dates. When I tried to correct the error by canceling and rebooking, I was charged for the July 11 booking due to the hotel's policy. Even after rebooking for the correct dates, I discovered that the hotel had only one reservation for July 11, not for July 2-7, despite having a confirmation for those dates. This resulted in double charges for the same booking. I am now faced with paying nearly $[redacted] for a hotel reservation that I did not get to use. I urgently require Travelocity to remove these incorrect charges from my credit card.

My husband booked a trip to Las Vegas from 4/10/21 to 4/17/21. Unfortunately, he was hospitalized and discharged on different dates. I (D. D.-spouse) reached out to cancel the reservation and request a refund. The Venetian Hotel promptly refunded around $[redacted].00 upon receiving proof of hospitalization from his physician related to a double lung transplant. However, American Airlines has yet to refund us despite being given the same information. Our itinerary number is [redacted][redacted]. We have experienced challenges trying to resolve this matter with the airline and Travelocity. The issue has persisted since April [redacted]. We are seeking assistance in recovering the outstanding refund of over $[redacted].00 from the airline.

I have made two reservations through Travelocity - one for plane tickets and one for a car rental. The two itinerary numbers are [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. I made these bookings to visit our daughter and family in Charlotte from July 24 to July 29. Unfortunately, our plans have changed due to our granddaughter's Covid diagnosis, and we are unable to travel. Please refund the amount back to my credit card. I purchased cancel insurance for the airline reservations and may have similar coverage for the car rental. I made a reservation through Travelocity, only to reach the hotel 12 miles away to find out they had overbooked and I had no room. I received a cancellation email shortly after. It seems my room was given to a higher bidder. I had purchased insurance, so why wasn't I protected? This experience is frustrating for travelers. I struggled to find another place to stay as all options were fully booked. Being left stranded is dangerous, especially after riding a motorcycle [redacted] miles that night. I had to search for another hotel due to the overbooking. I am very upset with how the situation was handled. If bookings can't be guaranteed, why accept them? The price match guarantee should have honored the rate paid for my room if they were going to cancel to sell it at a higher price.

I made a car rental reservation and paid over $[redacted] as a deposit with my debit card. Upon arrival, I was informed that only credit cards were accepted, not debit cards. Even though I provided my credit card, there was an issue because the reservation was under my wife's name and the credit card was in mine. Despite multiple attempts to change the name with Dollar rental, it was unsuccessful. I contacted Travelocity to cancel the reservation and request a refund, but I am still waiting for a resolution. I do not seek any discounts or future credits; I simply wish for a refund. I have decided not to rent from Dollar again and possibly reconsider Travelocity depending on the outcome of this situation. The reservation was canceled on July 1st, [redacted], and I have yet to hear back from Travelocity.

Dear Sir/Madam, Regarding the ticket purchased for Ambassador Martin Gomez Bustillo's trip to Burundi in March [redacted], I must address some complications we encountered. As the international airspace closure in light of the pandemic caused the cancellation of the Ambassador's plans, Kenya Airways extended the ticket's validity until June [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon reaching out to Kenya Airways before the deadline as advised, we were informed that the ticket was no longer in their system due to being kept open for over a year. Subsequently, we were directed to contact Travelocity for a refund. Despite multiple attempts through their website and virtual support chat, we have not received any confirmation or progress on the refund claim. Our efforts to contact Travelocity by phone at +1 [redacted] proved futile as the system could not locate the itinerary number. I reserved a room in Kamloops, BC for July 17, [redacted], but due to an evacuation alert, I couldn't make it. I had booked the room to pay later and informed them via email about my cancellation, but they say they never received my message and charged me $[redacted] for the night. The hotel is reluctant to refund me until they confirm that Travelocity will refund them their service fee. After multiple calls and attempts to contact them through their online service, I have been struggling to resolve this issue. It's frustrating that despite speaking to the hotel (Travelodge in Kamloops) four times, they are still unwilling to assist me. They insist on a three-way conversation to guarantee Travelocity's refund, causing unnecessary hassle over $[redacted].

We received an email from American Airlines about a schedule change that delays our arrival by over 5 hours. Travelocity accepted this change on our behalf, which we did not authorize. On March 25, [redacted], my credit card (Visa ending in [redacted]) was charged $[redacted].40 by Travelocity for a non-cancellable booking at Naia Resort and Spa in Placencia, Belize. Unfortunately, on June 25th, our American Airlines flight to Miami was delayed by 2 hours, causing us to miss our connection to Belize until the next day. As a result, we missed our stay on June 25, [redacted]. We are in the process of having American Airlines cover this night and they have requested the guest folio/card, original receipts, and booking confirmation. However, we have misplaced the information from Travelocity and kindly request that you resend the original booking details to assist with our claim. I bought a package deal to San Diego with Delta Airline and Spirit, but I didn't receive a confirmation code due to a payment issue. Although the money was deducted from my account by Delta and Spirit, it was not refunded yet. This has left me unable to purchase a new package deal through Travel Velocity because of the missing funds. I am seeking a way to obtain tickets or a confirmation code to ensure that my transactions go smoothly.

I am requesting a partial refund for nights 3 and 4 from my recent booking (July 30 to Aug 2). Travelocity indicated they would approve the refund if the hotel agreed. After contacting the hotel, they agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up on Travelocity's end with the cancellation process. Despite my timely notification the night before check-in, they did not inform the hotel or inform me of any issues due to a "time zone problem". I have evidence of my communication with Travelocity before my check-in date. The hotel informed me they never received the cancellation notice from Travelocity, but acknowledged receiving one directly from me on July 31st, after I had already contacted Travelocity. This cancellation was necessary as my daughter tested positive for COVID-19 on July 29th.

On 7-24-[redacted], I paid $[redacted].26 for a week's rental at OYO Hotel in Elkhart, Indiana. Upon arrival, I waited outside with my 3 children in the rain along with 15 other customers, all of us who had reserved rooms, only to find out the hotel had no available rooms and did not communicate this to us waiting outside. After 45 minutes, the website confirmed there were no rooms left and essentially left us stranded. I have reached out to the hotel and the company for a refund since I did not cancel my reservation, and it was the hotel that failed to honor their part by overbooking and neglecting to provide any compensation or alternative solution.

I arrived early but unfortunately missed my one-way flight to Jamaica on 8/11/[redacted] because I mistakenly went to the wrong boarding gate. The agent at the correct gate explained that it was marked as a "no show." I requested to be put on the next available flight, scheduled for the following day. However, the agent couldn’t access my travel details, citing a possible issue because I booked through Travelocity. I was told I needed to buy a new ticket to board and resolve the "no show" matter with Travelocity. I purchased ticket #[redacted][redacted] for the flight to Jamaica. Following this, I reached out to Travelocity, who directed me to contact Jetblue regarding the "no show" ticket. The access code is QHIAVU. It has been frustrating trying to get through to you by phone due to the long wait times.
