I do not know where to start in this train-wreck of mass frustration. On the **th and the **th I made a quick trip to NYC. I made sure to preemptively contact the EZ-pass authorities in each state I crossed paying the tolls as they are finally processed into the system. Weeks after I have fulfilled my obligation to the NJ EZ pass authority I continue receiving letters demanding an additional $** over the toll fee. Upon calling the Toyota Financial Services the first customer support agent I came in contact with suggested that I demand the NJ EZ-pass officials to fax proof to Toyota that the toll fees were indeed paid on my part. NJ-EZ pass in turn told me they do not do that. The second customer support agent from Toyota Financial Services, impolite and as unprofessional as could possibly be, yelled at me that I must fax proof of payment. The two violation numbers are ********** and ********** --- simply placing those numbers on the NJ EZ pass website's search engine will show that the those violations are under the Toyota Financial Services account and that the overdue amount is $*.**. As I avoid dealing with the impolite representatives on phone, I create an online account with Toyota FS only to get an error screen when I press the support center icon. I am an active-duty Petty Officer *st Class in the US Navy. I don't have all the time in the world to deal with the plenty inconveniences that plague TFS's support system.

GetHuman-izat did not yet indicate what Toyota Financial Services should do to make this right.
