I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite c**-c**** serial *XF******C, PIN PSCP*U-**J**E Windows **. When I went to turn it on * month go on my laptop it would boot up and freeze to the screen that said Toshiba main screen. So I shut it off and then I pushed the power button on and while I was doing that I pushed the update button continuously it brought up to the blue screen and then it said PC device needs to be repaired a required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. So I shut it off and just left it. The other day when I went to turn it on it just went to a screen that said password and nothing happened it's like everything has been deleted off my laptop. This computer my son needs who is a freshman in high school to do homework everyday. I'm a single mom that's on disability and only get $*,*** a month and with this Coronavirus and his school is shut down he needs to do his homework the library is closed indefinitely in our town and I don't know what to do I can't afford to send it to you I can't afford to even purchase the disc that you have offered online please please help me.
