Hello, a dear friend invited me to a Leaf game on Monday (Oct. **). He wanted to reciprocate for me having treated him to a Blue Jay game last month.**He ordered the tickets (greys) online through Ticket Master. He came down from his home in Barrie and we drove to the game. **When we got to our section at the Scotiabank Arena, the usher told us we were at the top of the section in "standing room". Our tickets (displayed on my friend's phone) showed section, row & seat number.**The tickets were not inexpensive ($***.** each) to begin with, but we both understood that going into the game. The simple fact that a seat number is listed on the ticket is misleading and is not right. That should be explicit at the outset.**My friend has had his hip & knee replaced and I've got bad knees & a bad back. Knowing that we would be*standing throughout the game would have been good to be aware of beforehand. In hindsight, we may have chosen another game where seating was available.**The * people beside us (I assume they were father & son) shared the same sentiment. Somehow they had paid even more for their tickets...not sure where they bought their tickets from. **As a lifelong fan, I will always cheer for the Maple Leafs. As a consumer, I was disappointed as was my friend. I think you need to be more transparent about what is said on tickets for "standing room" areas. **Yours truly,*Dave Kleiner
