Hi Customer Support, I received the email from Caroline at Tophatter about initiating a refund through PayPal for Transaction ID: 9HK66487F[redacted]U. Despite PayPal closing the dispute on June 4th, I am yet to receive the refund of $30.60. I have not received the floor sweeper order in a long time. Hello! I'm experiencing an issue with a recent purchase. Yesterday, on June 5th, I paid for an item using my PayPal account ending in [redacted]. However, not only did it charge my PayPal account, but it also charged my card ending in [redacted] on TopHatter. I was charged $9.57 on both accounts for the same item. I would like to keep the item, but I need the card ending in [redacted] to be refunded promptly as that was not my intended payment method. Thank you.

I noticed an unauthorized charge from my account by Top Hatter for a credit that I did not request. Although I won 66 feet of Christmas lights, I did not authorize any deduction for this purchase as I only viewed the item and did not place a bid. The amount was taken on 06/08/[redacted] without my consent. I request a full refund of the deducted sum to be promptly returned to my account. I urge for a resolution to this matter within 24 hours. I have been bidding on this website for over four weeks. Initially, I could access the site without entering my password because I was already "logged in." Suddenly, I was prompted to sign in, but my password was deemed incorrect. After trying to reset it and not receiving the email link, I reached out via the "Contact Us" section but received no response. Despite my efforts to find alternative ways to contact them, I had no luck. I decided to create a new account hoping to get a response, which I did, but they did not address the issues I raised about my previous account. It has been over a week since this problem started, and it has been more than 24 hours since my last email without any reply. I am frustrated because I have many pending orders that I cannot track. I'm reaching out about my recent order, number 11[redacted], for the luxurious 14k white gold-filled Diamonique 6.25 carat inlaid two-layer wedding ring set (2pc ring). The package was delivered today, June 15th, but when I opened it, the envelope had been sliced open and the rings were missing. I contacted the post office, and they confirmed that they received the package already opened and empty. These rings were meant to be an important anniversary gift for my daughter, and I've been eagerly awaiting them. On Saturday, my wife encountered issues placing an order on your website. She asked me to assist her, as she wasn't certain her attempt was successful. Using my debit card, I placed an order for a Star Wars doll/toy totaling $16.05. Today, I reviewed my bank statement and observed one $16.05 charge on the debit card. However, there were also two charges on the credit card – one for $16.05 and another for $15.30. I recently purchased a tablet from Tophatter, which was supposed to be an Android 8-inch tablet with Wi-Fi and a SIM card. However, upon setting it up, the device started lagging, displaying an invalid IMEI number. Despite a visit to Verizon, where they confirmed issues with the tablet, the problem persisted. After consulting with Federal investigators regarding the suspicious nature of the tablet and its origins from Tophatter, I am now seeking a refund as returning the tablet is not possible. Tophatter's lack of cooperation and poor customer service have left me frustrated, with other items purchased from the platform proving equally disappointing. I hope to resolve this matter promptly as I have encountered significant inconvenience and seek a resolution.

I am seeking a refund for an order I did not receive entirely, but I received an additional item I ordered separately. The company wants me to return the order I never got before I can receive a refund. This seems illogical since I never received the original order in the first place. I requested them to either send me the missing item or refund the amount for the 2 PCS 25ML Mini Fashion Skull Head Shot Glass Fun Creative Designer Crystal Party Vodka Wine Cup Gifts, which is priced at $7. The only item I got was the 1x 250ML Skull Wine Cup for $8, which was an extra part of the order. I hope they can refund me the $7 or deliver the missing items to resolve this issue.

I have noticed multiple charges on my account that I do not recognize, totaling over $[redacted] and several more around $50. Additionally, there appears to be a $16 credit on my account. Due to this fraudulent activity, I have removed my debit card from your system. I already filed a complaint two days ago but have not received a response. I initially searched for Walmart laptops and unintentionally ordered three identical laptops from Tophatter, thinking it was Walmart. I had wanted only one laptop. Realizing my error, I sought a refund to my personal credit card, but Tophatter issued credits instead, totaling over $[redacted]. Being unfamiliar with Tophatter, I needed the full refund back to my Direct Express Credit card as I rely on a fixed income due to my disability. I noticed an unauthorized charge of $43.67 on my credit card, which I did not make for an auction. I thoroughly checked my orders and did not find any item matching that amount. I will hold off on participating in auctions until this issue is cleared. Overall, I have been pleased with the unique items I've received in the past. I bought a Digital Video Camera for my son in Iraq with the 3rd Marine Battalion, but he couldn't receive packages then. He returned home in July for leave, and I planned to give it to him. After charging, the camera didn't work, disappointing him. Due to my recent surgery, I can't afford a new one. Can I exchange the non-working camera for any video camera before he goes back to Iraq on August 30th, [redacted]? He's a US MARINE, DELTA 1/3.

I have not yet received my [redacted]-inch screen. According to the order page, it was delivered on 7/15, but I have been home most of the time and did not receive it. My card reader indicates that the item has not been delivered. When I attempt to check other orders, I encounter an issue where the website does not allow me to navigate to the second page of orders. Additionally, I am having trouble with an order for CBD gummies. Initially, I was informed that they could not be sent, then later was told they would arrive on 7/22, but they have not been received. I am seeking a phone number to contact customer service, as the website keeps redirecting me to my order session, restricting me to only the first page. This is my second time reaching out to you. I changed my address and placed orders, but noticed the shipping address was still my old one. I contacted customer service before the items shipped to resolve this, but received no response. Now, the items have been shipped to my old address [redacted] miles away. I received my order, but unfortunately, the battery compartment cover was missing. This prevents me from using the Rite Aid camera. I would like to return it to Tophater for a refund. I placed an order for a red USB keyboard cleaner with order number #[redacted]59 to be delivered to Song Parmelee at [redacted] State Route [redacted], Goshen Ohio 45[redacted]. According to the tracking number LN[redacted]86CN, it was delivered on 08/17/[redacted] to a mailbox in Bellingham, WA, which is not my address in Goshen, Ohio. This has happened multiple times, with items arriving broken or missing pieces. Due to being on a small widow's pension, I cannot afford to return these items to China. On top of that, some clothing items do not fit despite ordering larger sizes. I enjoy shopping on Top Hatters as it helps pass the time, but if these issues persist, I may have to consider shopping elsewhere. What can be done about my latest item being sent to the wrong address in Bellingham, WA?

I submitted a refund request for items I did not accept. I followed the procedures, even took a photo of the package at the post office before it was scanned. I attached the photo and listed the item numbers and the USPN #. After pressing send, the screen went blank, and I'm unsure if the message was sent. To ensure it went through, I'm providing the details here: Item numbers: [redacted]47 and [redacted]51, USPN #: 9[redacted] 9[redacted] [redacted] 25. I have been trying to resolve two charges that have been on my credit card for about 3 or 4 months. After contacting customer service, I finally got an answer after 2 months. They assured me they would take care of it if I sent all the necessary information, which I did. However, after not hearing from them for another month, I reached out again. I was informed that it was between me and Top Hatter. As a loyal customer for about 4 years, I have spent thousands of dollars with them.
