You have recently ( past * months) changed our delivery person. Since that time I have received my paper : on the driveway, in the road, and in the DITCH. I have a tube that says*" Plain Dealer" on it. I'm assuming that the delivery person thinks that receptacle superfluous, and is perhaps just a suggestion as to where the paper should be delivered.*I have tried to reach you before about this matter but apparently our carrier has not gotten the message. *We are older people and climbing down into the ditch is not an option..............If you no longer want our business please continue to deliver the paper as afore mentioned, and you will not have to bill us anymore as we will be cancelling our subscription.*We have been long time customers, but we cannot continue as such with this delivery method.*Jack and Donna Boggs
