ordered Wed*Sun paper asked for delivery to door, my credit card was charged, one delivery to road and then Sunday paper was delivered to our door, then no paper today and I called and Michael tells me "I" called on Monday the *th and cancelled!! I DID NOT call and cancel, could it be the carrier did NOT want to deliver to door and he*she were the people who called and cancelled...then when I called this morning Michael (because we did not get a paper)tells me no refunds....is this the right way to treat a customer?? I either want the paper to my door OR a full refund for the remaining issues, I only received * paper to my door. **I would appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you
