I am trying to get someone to correct the situation ... My newspaper, besides calling with Complaint, is being thrown on public property and have not received my paper at times because it is picked up. I have not had this problem with previous carrier. I live in a rectangular cul de sac. My car is in the garage, the front house is free for the car to come in drop*throw my paper on my porch and leave. The car has to turn somewhere. My complaint has fallen on deaf ears. Please correct this situation.
Not resolving this issue results in poor customer service and dissatisfied customers
I want my newspaper to be delivered on my porch...my property not public property
I have consistently been a Miami Herald subscriber for the past ** years
I will escalate this if not resolved.
