My two sons and I went to cheesecake Factory in Brandon Florida yesterday for his birthday ********, The service was poor and chaotic. we did not receive small plates for are bread, no ask us if we wanted refills on our beverage, the food took a long time to come out and it was luke warm by the time it got to the table. the server that address initially had informed us that she would not be are server another women would be serving.us this person never came to our table radom people drop off our food while in transit to someone else's table, never stopping to ask if we needed anything. This was so upsetting to me because they ruined my sons Birthday dinner. I finally complained to the manager, he stood explaining to me about it was shift change, I found this explanation to be unprofessional a inadequate, He offered me a free slice of cheese cake in a casual unconcern manner as if that would make up for ruining my son's Birthday dinner.
