The issue in GetHuman-prabkang's own words
Puttycp* was purchased at the brick in Surrey loc. Product was unsatisfactory to begin with. It came with legs missing and were delivered one week later. Then problem with rest arm started which was replaced. Now there is a problem with springs. We made initial claim due to some circumstances we were late to exchange sofa. Now we are told that you have to exchange in ** days but now only store credit of ***. I spent $****. On this purchase and $***. On allwarranty. Operation Manager at surrey location advised brick can just say sorry and not deal with your problem so just take what is being offered. I will scale him * for his customer service. He made us feel guilty for what has happened and did not want to deal with the issue. No one mentioned how much time we had for exchange after the claim and nothing mentioned on paper work given to us. When operation manager did not seem helpful we asked we should contact Better Business Bureu he said yes maybe do that. Very low level customer service. I would like call from customer service and want my damaged furniture replaced
