Dear Sir * Madam,**I purchased tennis shoes almost a month ago via UPS *nd Day Air and still have not received my shoes. There was no communication from Tennis Express indicating any delays or the status of my order. I called customer service * weeks ago and was told I would be getting my shoes in about ** days as the shoes were on back order. I was not told that the shoes were on back order when I made the purchase. **I still have not received my shoes and the status of my order still hasn't changed from "...In Progress." I made an inquiry on the tennis express customer service page and have not received an update. I called customer service yesterday and again today and no one is answering the phone.**My order number is *******. I want my shoes as soon as possible. I need to know a real expected delivery date immediately.**Thank you,**Rahul Murty
