Just wanted to let you know about this issue. I ordered a Christmas cactus for a friend in a nursing home. On ***** I got an email saying it had been hand delivered. I called him that evening and asked how he liked it. He had not received it. I called your customer service and spoke with a very friendly lady and she checked and said it was on the truck to be delivered but had not been yet. I was delivered later that evening. The plant is beautiful but I am upset because I ruined the surprise of him getting it because I was told it was delivered and it wasn't. I think you should refund my delivery amount. As I said the plant was nice but you caused the surprise to be ruined. Unsure if I will use you again. Thank you, Rhonda Wallace
