Good afternoon.**I placed my order with Teleflora on February *th. It was paid and confirmed.*Day after the order, I received a call, to check if I want any other kind of flowers instead. *I confirmed that I want only this specific type to be delivered in the morning. I also pointed where I buying this type of flowers in Los Angeles.*The representative confirmed that it will be done and delivered in the first part of the day.*Yesterday (February **) after * pm I called to Teleflora Customer service, because nothing was delivered and requested explanations.*After one hour on the hold finally I got answer, that the Florists too busy and due to the bad weather they not did it yet, but will be doing it defiantly today (February **).*Today is February **. Nothing was delivered. I am beyond myself, because I am abroad and I was relaying on your company to deliver present to the beloved one.*For the last * days the website of TELEFLORA is not working and you can't do anything or check it.*Its not only not professional, but its also violation of its business commitment, which you entering technically when selling something and charging money. *I will be reaching Jeff Bennett, Robert Kors, Craig B Cooper, Dan Olson and Rose Crossno to point on the matter.*I demand immediate refund of my money, cancelation of the order and compensation for all emotional damages.**Sincerely **Jenya Afin
