I am following up on the gift card my husband purchased for me. Unfortunately, the email I received did not include any digital code or link to redeem the gift card. This plain-text email only contained the order details without any helpful links or codes to use the gift card. I have been a loyal customer, ordering numerous t-shirts from TeeTurtle in the past without any issues. I would appreciate a swift resolution to this matter. I am experiencing difficulty with the return process on your website. I had to search extensively for contact information. A t-shirt I ordered for delivery in Canada arrived a week ago, but has not been received yet. My parents, attempting to contact you, are frustrated. The order is in the name of Marj Hickey (email: [redacted]), but I am using my email to facilitate communication as the t-shirt is a gift for their granddaughter. I placed an order for a gift card for my son on December 23, [redacted], to be mailed to his address in Texas. Unfortunately, he has not received the card yet. Although $50 was charged to my debit card, I never received an order number or confirmation, making tracking impossible through regular means. I've been trying to address this issue ever since I discovered he didn't receive his Christmas present. The charge on my bank statement is as follows: TEETURTLE LLC SEQ# [redacted] -50.00 I attempted to submit the contact form on the Tee Turtle website, but I encountered an issue with the verification code. The process did not provide instructions on how to obtain the code. My son is a devoted Tee Turtle fan, and I'm disappointed by this unsatisfactory experience. I hope to find a resolution to this matter and become a happy customer.

The contact form on Teeturtles' website is not functional on both Chrome and Firefox. This issue prevents me from contacting them or placing an order. The form does not accept payments via PayPal or credit card, and it fails to fill out correctly. As someone in the web development field, I avoid social media due to security concerns. I hope Teeturtles can address these website problems or provide alternative contact methods.
