I am very disappointed in the service I received . I went thru the drive ordered a fajita taco combo and I ordered sour cream queso and chips it was **.** I drove off and noticed the sour cream wasn’t in the bag so I went back thru the drive thru and told her the sour cream wasn’t in there , she had a major attitude. She told me to give her my receipt I did she came back and said give me the queso back I was confused because I thought it came with the combo so I gave it to her she came back with attitude very rude so I told her to just give me a refund because first off I driove off with the queso why did you want it back I hope not to give to another customer or throw away . I’m in the medical field and for one thing her nails was as long as the hood of my car . I just want her to know that’s not how you treat your customers I could of went to many places around there but I chose Taco Cabana .
