The issue in GetHuman-skiprees's own words
Tried to place an order for pickup online, from a Taco Bell near me (****** Locust Grove, Ga). Once I had completed the order and entered my payment information, the page showed that I would be picking up from a Muncie, IN location. Georgia is a very long distance from Indiana! The page still showed the Locust Grove location at the top of the page. I cancelled the order, and ASSUMED the payment was cancelled also. I then went to the location, placed my order in person, and received it and returned home. Once back home, I thought I might should check and make sure the online payment did not go through, but to my surprise (and disappointment) it had gone through and was showing as pending on my account, along with the in person purchase. The amount of the online purchase was $**.**. I am requesting that this amount be immediately refunded to my account. I also want written confirmation that this is done.

GetHuman-skiprees did not yet indicate what Taco Bell should do to make this right.
