On Oct.**, ****, I made small purchase at our local Walmart No ****. The total amount of purchase was $**.** and I requested cash back *f $**.**, thus the amount of the check was $**.**. When the cashier rung the check up she rung it up as $****.**. This created a cash back amount of $****.**. Her register drawer opened and she gave me the $**.** I had requested. Whoever checked the drawer questioned the transaction and notified my bank and the stop payment was made. I went directly to the store and informed them of the stop payment. They assured me that it was their mistake and they would take care of it. Until today, Oct. **, ****, I felt the store had done that. The only amount I could possibly owe is the $**.**. PLEASE ADVISE! Check ***** dated Oct **, ***** reference ***************.
