I recently received an email from Symantec regarding the upcoming migration of my account to Broadcom due to their acquisition of Symantec Enterprise Security Business. The email outlines that my Symantec account will cease to work from May 1st, and I need to activate my Broadcom account to continue accessing the product portal. Although the email appears authentic, the direct message leaves me feeling uneasy. I would appreciate feedback on whether this communication is legitimate. Best regards, B. B.

Hello Symantec, I encountered difficulties signing in to Walmart.com to order Norton Antivirus. The website kept prompting me to reset my password with different combinations of letters and numbers that were never accepted, preventing me from accessing my account. I have received an email with activation keys for my recent purchase. The email provides instructions on how to download and install the software, with links for redemption. I am attaching the details below. Thank you for your assistance, Norton. If needed, my login email is danbushaz:@gmail.com, and my password is Pvwest85asu. Thank you, Daniel Bush

Your company included Norton Security Scan on my laptop without my consent. I've always had issues with Norton and prefer using other malware tools. I'm attempting to uninstall Norton Security Scan, but it keeps causing problems on my computer. I am frustrated with the program's interference in the uninstallation process on Windows. I have had numerous negative experiences with Norton Security and am considering exploring other options due to the frustrating issues it causes during removal.

Dear Support Team, During our recent visit to PUB (Singapore) for system maintenance, we encountered an issue with one of our PCs not updating with Symantec updates. Despite installing version 14 multiple times, the PC continues to show as unprotected. Interestingly, the same updates were successfully applied to other PCs within the same network. I have attached the updates that were installed for your reference. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Ajosh

I suspect I received a phishing email supposedly from Symantec, even though I do not have an account with them. The message includes an invoice for $[redacted].89 and contact information for Symantec's Accounts Manager. The email address provided is [redacted], and the Support line listed is [redacted]. I would like confirmation that this email is indeed a phishing attempt and assurance that I do not have an account with Symantec. Thank you.

I recently discovered that my Norton [redacted] subscription was automatically renewed on July 4th, more than 30 days before the current subscription was due to expire. Upon checking my AMEX statement, I noticed the charge. My understanding is that companies are not supposed to charge for a renewal until the contract's expiration date. Furthermore, I observed that the fee was $[redacted] more than what I could find the software for on Amazon. This feels like unfair pricing, and as a long-time Norton customer, I am disappointed. If we cannot resolve this matter, I will have to dispute the charge with AMEX. To make this right, the simplest solution would be to credit my AMEX account for the $[redacted] overcharge. I value my relationship with Norton, but if necessary, I will explore other options. My order number is #AP[redacted]. - James J.
