We placed an order (SF**********) for a stand mixer on November **th. After nearly two weeks with no update, I emailed customer service and was told that the delay was due to the vendor. After another week, I called, and was told that I'd receive a shipping update within two weeks. That two weeks is now past, and we have no update. I've called the GetHuman customer service number and was on hold for ** minutes before being disconnected, and called again and was then on hold for over a half hour today (*****), when I had to hang up to attend a meeting. **The customer service line says to "dial *" to have someone call you back. When you dial * you're told there are no places for you and they'll return you to hold. Then after several more minutes they say "dial * to leave a message." When you dial * you're told that their mailbox is full. The first time I tried that, the call disconnected after telling me the voicemail box was full.**All in all, horrible customer service, and we still have no update on a $*** piece of equipment we ordered over a month ago.
