I have a **% off coupon and was ready to place my order, but I had questions about some of the items. I called your customer service line over a * day period and could not get an answer. The phone gave a busy signal. I kept calling the last day the coupon was valid, the phone rang and rang the last time, then disconnected. I am a loyal customer, and am very disappointed by this experience. I was just going to throw away my coupon, but decided I should inform you that a good customer ready to purchase was unable to get through to customer support to get questions answered and complete an order. Again, today, I tried to call your number ***-***-**** and am still getting the busy signal after several tries.
