We moved from North Carolina to Baton Rouge on July **th. In June I set up a disconnect date for the middle of July. However, Suddenlink cut it off the middle of June. We needed it reconnected since my husband worked from home. They said I had to pay in advance for the month of July to get it reconnected right away. I did that. I paid $***.** on June **th and $***.** again on July *st. They said I would then be paid up in full. I own my own equipment. I have called Suddenlink about a dozen times to get this resolved. I've been told by several people to disregard, because I am paid in full. But I keep getting emails about my bill being due. I'm told we owe $***.**.???**Terrible service! I'm through trying. Supervisors never call me back. My account was officially closed on August *nd. I've never dealt with such incompetent people.
