I need my cable buried. My cable was damaged on Saturday called for appt got one Sunday. They no showed. Talked to someone who said it wasn’t her job to fix my issue asked for a manager she said my problem wasn’t manager worthy. Called a few times during the day was told your on the schedule just wait. Called at * pm was told that truck doesn’t run on Sunday. Asked for a manager was said would send a escalation ticket **-** hour window Reset for Monday. He came restrung the cable said that he would call and set the bury team. Called to confirm said appt it wasn’t set so set for **** **-* called several times assured I was going to be serviced. Called and spoke to a supervisor who eventually hung up on me because I want a resolution. Called back was told they were never going to come since protocol wasn’t followed. I explained the cable is here he laid it out even gave extra slack what else needed to be done and by who? There was no answer. Explained that I am elderly and disabled and have a seizure disorder that is triggered by stress of this nature. I was told sorry that sounds rough. I did have medical issue following this conversation. And have not slept due to panic and anxiety. I was set for **** *-** for I don’t know what and set for **** **-* for said buck truck. I have been devalued, belittled, lied to, hung up on and basically told I don’t matter. This is not okay . I need this resolved . I don’t want to take it to social media nor bbb or fcc but the vast hate and pure evil is a lot to just accept. How is this okay?

How GetHuman-hu_yana fixed the problem
Part of the issue was fixed as in my cable was buried. Still treated like i wasnt worthy and " they understood my fustration" however they wouldnt actually doing anything to fix it. They still said your window is x and they still wouldnt help. I did report them to two outside agencies so that might have something to do with it.
