I am moving out of state. I spoke with a suddenlink representative yesterday, she was unable to send out a repair service to disconnect my computer and television. The cable boxes must be returned by me via Fed-X. I was told to contact you where to send these items. Please provide me with that information as I have requested the suddenlink service to be discontinued on July **th. Also, and I don't know if you can help, but I am a recent widow. I have never touched or done anything with either of these items, and I do not know how to disconnect them from their power source, and what items are to be mailed to you (wiring? boxes? and etc.) Thank you for any assistance you can help me with.
