I am currently on hold with Suddenlink. On November the **th I called in to Suddenlink to disconnect my services. The woman whom I spoke to said of we cut my services now that I would still have to pay for the month, so I told her to let's keep the services until December ** when my billing cycle ends. Well now it is november **th and my services have been disconnected. After sitting on the phone, mostly on hold, for * hours I have been passed around to * people. The only thing I was told was a guy told me that payments are made AFTER services are provided....however payments are BEFORE services are provided. So my services are still disconnected, my bill has been paid, I've sat on hold for nearly * hours and still have not gotten any more answers. I either want my services I have already paid for or I want my money back. And no one can tell me why my services have been disconnected, plus I don't appreciate the guy telling me I pay for services after the services have been provided, that is a lie and I feel like it's a way for Suddenlink to steal my money. Please help resolve my issue.
