You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-jlhuffma's own words
Recent statement had a charge for a missed service call. On September **, ****, she was home sitting on her porch, or in the living room. She was home. My daughter was also there. Called your company at **** am. Called me back finally at ***pm. Said there was no documentation of a service call, or a missed service call. She said that she could call and see when they were going to be here. I asked her to reschedule, due to a bad thunderstorm. I figured even if they showed, they couldn't do anything. For all of this, and the several attempts to get thru: we get billed $***. You used to be able to just call the number, get a person, get your problem resolved. Now you have to wait for a call back. Hahaha. If you get one. I want the charge taken off, because someone was here all day on the **th.
