Just talked with a technical support person regarding one TV of * in our home that is not working. While we were talking, one of the other TV's stopped working also. He said that he was not able to fix the TV I called about and did nothing to stop the second TV from working. Strange that it stopped while he was relating what to do with the first TV!!!! End of story: he was unable to assist with either TV and was completely unfamiliar with any Suddenlink equipment we have which was installed by Suddenlink. This is the first time in ** years with Suddenlink that we have had an agent who was rude and knew nothing about the equipment. I hope he doesn't need the job to support a family but I must say that he is not an asset to your company. A better attitude and an attempt to correct the problem would have been greatly appreciated. I probably ended the conversation in an unfriendly manner also since I finally became frustrated. After the conversation ended, we were able to restart the second TV. An agent is scheduled to come Thursday. Good thing we have other TV's. Is Suddenlink growing too fast to take care of customers in a timely manner? Thank you.
