Help with my SuddenLink issue
The issue in GetHuman-bryanflo's own words
A couple of years ago, an Arris modem was PURCHASED and paid for from Suddenlink at the Charleston Town Center Mall for internet service on Montrose Dr. in South Charleston. On or about April of ****, a move was made from Montrose Dr. to Ravinia Rd. in Charleston, WV. That service was discontinued in or around April ****. RECENTLY, Saturday, Sept. *, ****, new service was installed at different address now on Bridge Rd. In Charleston. The tech from ""Space something"" would not use the Arris modem that was previously purchased and paid for...stained the lady on the phone from Suddenlink told him to switch it out. Then said we would have to rent the new one but took possession of the one that was purchased. Said we would have to take it up with Suddenlink...so either this tech or Suddenlink stole the modem that was previously purchased and paid for. Now we need the service corrected, credit given and*or the new modem shown as paid and not rented. *Look forward to your resolution so no further action needs to be taken.*Thank you
