I have attempted to speak to someone from Suddenlink for over a week now. I have been put on hold for over an hour only to be disconnected. I have been told a “supervisor” will call me back only to never receive a call back. I need my issue resolved today please. I am currently at work, on hold now for *** minutes. *My address:*Tracy Marchky**** S Tulsa Ave*Russellville, AR *******Issue: I was billed for a technician “no show” however not only does husband work from home but we have security cameras. I was told we received a call and a door hanger. Both of which are untrue. This charge is a fabrication and needs to be removed immediately. Additionally we still have intermittent service which no one seems able to correct yet we are charged each month for service we are not receiving. **Please let me know today how we can rectify this situation and false billing.

I stayed on the phone over * hours, called back and asked to cancel service, then I got attention. Couldn’t get anyone for a billing question but when I threatened to leave they decided I was worth speaking to. Terrible customer service.
