We received bonus tickets for movie theater to be used before February **, ****. We have not been able to redeem them because the message says there is a problem. The code numbers we are trying to redeem are ************** and **************. We are trying to see Little women at * o’clock on Thursday, January **, **** at Wheaton Illinois studio movie Grill.

GetHuman-mitzieba did not yet indicate what Studio Movie Grill should do to make this right.
