I am trying to resolve an issue with my Stitch Fix account. I initially signed up using my credit card ending in [redacted] but later updated it to my daughter's card ending in [redacted]. Despite this change, I was still charged on my card for the last month's box. Recently, we received another box and both my account ([redacted]) and my daughter's account ([redacted]) were charged $20 each. I want to ensure that only my daughter's card is billed for her items, not both. I am requesting a refund of $20 to my card and the removal of my card information. I have updated the account to be under my daughter's name, Audrey Kent, instead of mine, Deya Kent. Thank you.

I have been experiencing persistent card decline notifications and attempts to update my card have been futile due to fraudulent charges. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account and it seems there is no available phone support. I urgently need assistance in updating my card information. Please reach out to me promptly for the updated card details. I am deeply disappointed by the poor quality and high prices of the clothing items. The top I wore twice already looks worn out with pulls and loss of shape, while the jeans constantly slip down and need adjustment. I was unable to try on items within the grace period due to my busy schedule. I am willing to settle the payment for the items received, but I urgently request the cancellation of my account.

I am having a serious issue with not being able to contact customer service via phone. I prefer direct interaction and find it frustrating to not be able to speak with a representative. In my recent order, I received defective side vent and rope type crop bootcut pants. The pants are sewn incorrectly, causing the ropes to be positioned in the front of my leg instead of on the side, making them twist sideways. I would like a refund for these pants and need immediate assistance regarding this matter. The quality of the clothing is disappointing, especially given the price. I am eager to resolve this issue and would appreciate a prompt response either via email or phone. Thank you.

I have been disappointed with Stitch Fix as my stylists have not been paying attention to my preferences. Despite providing detailed notes and a Pinterest board, I receive items in colors I dislike and for the wrong seasons. The lack of attention to detail is frustrating, and I am requesting a refund of my styling fee. I received additional items in my package that were not what I ordered. I am interested in a few specific items shown in the pictures instead. It seems my request for skirts below the knee was overlooked. I would specifically like the white striped shirt with lace detailing on the ruffled sleeve, as well as the longer skirt with small flowers and the white ruffled blouse that were included in the images. I have a quick question about returning some jeans I wore for about 3 hours, and during that time they became very saggy and loose. I would like to return them. I haven't returned anything I wore for more than a minute just trying it on before, so I need a quick answer to send my returns today. It's frustrating that there isn't a more direct way to contact you. I am returning the jeans and expect not to be charged for them. I am contemplating canceling. If I can't get my questions answered promptly, I may not want to continue doing business with you.

I received two confirmation emails for gift cards I purchased. I only intended to buy one $[redacted] gift card for Megan Thompson. In addition, I bought a $[redacted] gift card for my daughter, Bridget Carter, and paid with my Visa. Therefore, my order consists of one gift card for Megan Thompson and one for Bridget Carter, totaling $[redacted] billed to me, Diane Thompson. I appreciate the prompt assistance. I would greatly prefer discussing this over the phone. Thank you.

I kept the entire package but needed a larger size for the jeans. Frustratingly, I was informed of an extra $55 charge for the exchange. My intention was to keep all items, and I am dissatisfied with this situation. I am requesting to speak with a manager at [redacted] for a resolution before agreeing to the additional charge for the jeans. I am holding off on authorizing payment until this matter is resolved to my satisfaction. I may consider canceling future shipments and refrain from recommending this website to others, including my family members who currently use the service. I received my first Stitch Fix box, but the items inside are not what I ordered. The mailing label was correct, but there was a note to another customer about her 18th fix in my package. I'm hesitant to return the items by mail as they don't match what I see on my checkout page. I tried to contact customer support via live chat, but no one was available. After sending an email, I was informed I had to wait 48 hours. When I attempted to call, the automated message promised a callback within an hour, which never happened. Despite requesting multiple callbacks between 1:30 and 5:00, I received no response. I'm unsure how to avoid being charged for items I didn't order and whether I should return the wrongly sent items in my package.

I returned all the items from my Stitch Fix box on November 23rd, including the first item, which I do not have. However, I was still charged $[redacted].06. I am frustrated because I have sent multiple messages providing the tracking number (9[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] 85) for the return, yet Stitch Fix has not acknowledged it. I demand a refund promptly. The lack of response and accusation of not returning the items is unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter promptly.

Hi, I'm Shara and my Stitch Fix account is under the email [redacted] My upcoming fix was initially set for December 16th, specifically requested for holiday attire. However, I noticed it got rescheduled for December 30th on the app. I am wondering why the date changed from 12/16 to 12/30. If it won't arrive by Christmas, it may not be necessary. I would be disappointed if that's the case. Please let me know if my next fix can still make it by Christmas. If not, I may need to consider canceling it. Thank you, Stitch Fix!

I found a phone number for contacting Stitch Fix's corporate office for customer service, but unfortunately, it was closed when I tried calling at 8 pm Central Time. I am planning to reach out to them in the morning to request a payment reversal. I accidentally overdraw my bank account as I forgot to update my payment information before checking out. I will ask if they can cancel the transaction and allow me to use a different credit card. Hello, I am experiencing problems with a couple of items I bought recently. One is the THML Roonie Embroidered Dress, which has shrunk and torn after washing, just like the first one I returned. I am disappointed because I can only wear it once due to these issues. The second item is the Berry Jewelry Knox Chain Lariat necklace, which lost its finish after wearing it twice. I cannot afford to buy items that deteriorate quickly. I hope you can assist with these concerns, as I am unsure of your return policy timeframe. My confidence in purchasing items from your store in the future is low unless this matter is addressed. I was greatly disappointed with my subscription box. Despite expressing my preferences during checkout and in a survey, my box contained items that did not align with my requests. Instead of skinny jeans and a denim jacket in jewel tones or neutrals, I received black trousers, a deep green blazer, an undesirable shirt in a print that wasn't to my liking, a gray dolman sleeve shirt, and flats. I found one piece acceptable but not worth the $58 price tag. This experience has made me realize that this service is not a good fit for me, as my requests were completely disregarded. I am disappointed that my time and expectations were not valued, and I believe the lack of attention to detail reflects poor customer service. I would like a refund of $20 as I consider this a regrettable mistake on my part. I will not be trying this service again, as it did not meet my preferences and fell short of expectations.

I recently received my Stitchfix box, and unfortunately, one of the blouses has a missing button. Additionally, another item was too small and not to my liking. I was hoping to exchange the blouse with the missing button and replace the ill-fitting item with something of similar value. I am interested in keeping all five items to benefit from the 25% discount, but I strongly dislike the small shirt. If it's not feasible to make these exchanges, I will return all the items. Hello. I am experiencing issues with the Skies Are able jackets made of Modal/polyester/spandex fabric blend. I own these jackets in black, navy, red, and pink, which have been essential in elevating my outfits. Despite following the washing instructions with care using a high-quality washer and dryer, the jackets have started to fall apart after only 1-2 washes. I cherish these jackets and have maintained clothing for decades, but this specific product is not holding up as expected. It seems that the delicate wash setting may not be suitable, and hand washing could be more appropriate. I truly adore these jackets and would be willing to hand wash them to preserve their quality. Hello, I'm disappointed with the service experience I received. I attempted to provide comprehensive details about my style preferences, even linking my Pinterest board for extra guidance. Despite the algorithm appearing to understand my style, the items I received did not align with my preferences at all. The package contained clothes in colors, styles, and cuts that were the complete opposite of what I had indicated I liked. It felt like a random selection rather than personalized styling. Hello, I successfully referred 16 people using my $75 referral link about three weeks ago. However, even though all my friends have received their boxes and returned unwanted items, I haven't seen the $[redacted] credit in my account for at least 8 referrals. Interestingly, some recipients who got their boxes don't show as having had their "first fix," despite having seen photos of them in their new Stitch Fix clothes. Could there be a system glitch causing this issue? I really want to receive all the referral credits to use on my upcoming fixes. I put in a lot of effort to introduce people to Stitch Fix, and it'd be disappointing not to receive the full credit promised. - MC

Due to the illness and passing of my father, I am currently away from home and unable to return items I purchased. I reached out to customer service to request an extension due to this unforeseen tragedy, but instead, my card was charged. The amount taken was essential for my return flight to be reunited with my children. I urgently need assistance as I am now stranded in Florida and unable to make the returns until I am back home. I may have received someone else's Stitch Fix delivery by mistake. Unfortunately, customer service was closed when I tried to contact them directly. The box and return package show my address, matching the tracking number sent via email. I paid the annual styling fee to avoid the $20 per Fix charge, and my regular stylist is not Molly, whom I find excellent. However, all the paperwork inside is for Tileara's "Fix #2," styled by Molly, with a $20 credit. Molly mentions items I haven't ordered, refers to falling temperatures in AL, while I reside in NC. I don't wish to open the box if it belongs to Tileara. If this is indeed intended for me, I'd like Stitch Fix to confirm so I can try on the clothes within the return period. If it belongs to Tileara, I need guidance on returning it promptly and locating my shipment to avoid being charged erroneously. Kindly advise on the necessary steps.
