I had a great pair of shoes in my last box but the first time I wore them I noticed the right shoe was notably bigger than the left-uncomfortably so. They are both marked *.* but I think the right one is irregular. The instep strap is a little crooked which gives toes too much room and my walking is affected. I really want the sandals but I’d like to exchange them for a new pair that isn’t irregular or marked with the incorrect size or whatever is wrong with this pair. I have already checked out and cannot return to the fix review. What can I do? The shoes were $** but I can’t wear them—I doubt anyone could with the one shoe basically hanging loose if the other fits. But I love them and want to have a pair that fits.
