I opened the website to possibly make a order, entered my note on what I was looking for, but never got a page to update profile on style choices, pricing, things that I like or don't like or anything else to personalize the order. It just went through! Does this mean what I entered from a previous order a long time ago about myself and pricing cannot be updated? Wish I could have a live chat or call someone because I don't know if I should cancel or not. Doesn't seem like good customer service especially because it seems like this is the only way to contact and it says it could take up to ** hours. Will I be out the stylist fee if I return things? Really confused and upset that I cannot talk or live chat with someone.
